Terms of sale and use

These terms are an agreement between you and Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye ("Atesen Software", "we") for Bulk Resume Downloader for Workable (the "extension") and its unlimited plan.

1. The extension

The extension downloads resumes from your own Workable account, with an API token you create, into files on your computer. It is provided as is. The free plan saves the first 10 resumes of each export; the unlimited plan removes that limit.

2. Buying the unlimited plan

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase.

The unlimited plan is a subscription of $19 per month or $190 per year. Sales tax is added to the price in the US and Canada; in most other countries the price already includes VAT or GST, and Paddle shows the total before you pay. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it with the link in your Paddle receipt or by writing to support@atesensoftware.com. Cancelling stops future payments; the period you paid for stays active. A full refund or a chargeback cancels the subscription immediately and ends its license key.

3. The license key

Each subscription comes with one license key for the buyer's organisation. Do not publish, sell or share the key outside your organisation. Each key is valid for about five weeks and is renewed automatically while the subscription is paid, which needs the extension to reach our license server from time to time; it stops working when the subscription ends, is refunded or charged back. We may revoke a key that is published or shared publicly.

4. Your data and Workable

You are responsible for using Workable's API within Workable's terms and for the candidate data you export, including your obligations under data protection law. We do not receive candidate data; see the privacy notice. Workable is a trademark of its owner; we are not affiliated with Workable.

5. Warranty and liability

The extension is provided without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Workable may change its API in ways that stop the extension from working; we will try to adapt it, but cannot promise to. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

6. Changes

We may change these terms or the prices for future periods. Price changes apply from your next renewal after we tell you by e-mail at least 30 days before.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Sakarya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
